I worked with Mark to purchase my 1st commercial building. I interviewed around 10 different agents before I narrowed it down to 3. I started searching with 3 agents and quickly decided that I only wanted to work with Mark. My purchase was not a huge one for commercial real estate. I felt that most of the agents were not very interested in a smaller sale and pushed me off to their junior partners. When you work with Mark you don’t get handed off.
