Mark Haroldsen began his real estate journey at the age of 23 when he bought his first investment property: a one-bedroom condominium for $30,000. He sold the condo a few years later for $74,000. From this beginning, Mark has acquired other real estate investments over the years and developed a 464 unit self storage facility.

Mark has managed and curated real estate and property for over 20 years. With his broad experience, he has developed an understanding of both seller and buyer viewpoints. As a real estate broker, Mark guides you through the property purchasing process to understand the property as good or better than the former owners; as a commercial investor, he walks you through the process and lends his experience to acquisitions, sales to financing.

As an author and real estate investor, he brings his decades of experience and market knowledge to you and helps you make the best-informed decisions about the investment portfolio you dream of acquiring.

Mark has been married for 24 years and has four daughters. While he spends most of his time as a commercial real estate broker, he also loves to ski, travel, watch movies, and play tennis.
